Box Office: ‘Total Dhamaal’ to release in 3D?

After setting standards with 3D versions of ‘ABCD’ (2013) and ‘Race 3’, Bollywood is set to witness another film in 3D.

DNA India reports that ‘Total Dhamaal’, which features Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit-Nene and Ajay Devgn, will also be released in 3D.

A source told DNA India, “This is the first time that a comic caper will be presented in 3D format. Talks are still in the nascent stage. Nothing has been locked, but director Indra Kumar and producers Ajay Devgn and Ashok Thakeria have been discussing the idea with Fox Star Studios that is backing the film as well as distributing it. The team has been shooting the movie with 3D cameras, in case they decide to process it that way.”
