Box Office: ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’ joins 100 crore club

Last week�۪s release ��Tanu Weds Manu Returns�۪ has crossed 100 crore at the Indian box office, BizAsia can confirm. It has become the first women-centric film to do so.

Starring Kangna Ranaut, R Madhavan and Jimmy Sheirgill in lead roles, the film is a sequel to 2011�۪s ��Tanu Weds Manu�۪. Ranaut plays a double role in the film and the reviews have been positive.

The films seems to be hitting the jackpot internationally too, bringing in around 27 crores.
