Box Office: Success of ‘Marjaavaan’ on par with ‘Kabir Singh’ in UK

‘Marjaavaan’ may not have interested film critics, but the movie has captured the hearts of cinemagoers all over the world. After achieving success at the domestic box office, the film is having a great run in the UK as well.

‘Marjaavaan’ is nearing £300,000 at the UK box office, and will end its theatrical run at an estimated £310,000. The number is similar to the earnings of blockbuster hit ‘Kabir Singh’ (2019), beating films like ‘Badla’ (2019), ‘Super 30’ (2019), ‘Chhichhore’ (2019) and ‘De De Pyaar De’ (2019), Bollywood Life reported.

Sidharth Malhotra is ecstatic about the audience love ‘Marjaavaan’ has received. “‘Ek Villain’ (2014) and ‘Brothers’ (2009) introduced me as an action hero. I did not cater to this audience and today I am happy that they have given this kind of response to ‘Marjaavaan’.”, he shared.
