Box Office: Priyanka Chopra’s Sikkimese film ‘Pahuna’ to release in December

Priyanka Chopra’s Sikkimese production ‘Pahuna – The Little Visitors’ will be hitting in cinemas in December, its been confirmed.

The film is said to be about three children bonding together and making a new home for themselves after being separated from their parents while fleeing Nepal during an unrest.

‘Pahuna – The Little Visitors’ is produced by Priyanka and Madhu Chopra under the banner Purple Pebble Pictures. Madhu said, “This film is very special because it addresses the far reaching consequences for children when adults make harsh decisions. Also this story is relevant globally in its appeal.”

Director Paakhi A Tyrewala added, “We live in a tough world. Sometimes it’s easier to just give up. Hope is what we all need. Like one of the characters in the film says, ‘It’s never all dark, there is always light’.”

‘Pahuna – The Little Visitors’ will be releasing on 7th December 2018.
