Box Office: ‘Kedarnath’ starts off on an average note

This weekend’s latest release ‘Kedarnath’ has got off to an average start in India.

According to Box Office India, the Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan film, had an ordinary opening of 15-20%.

The report adds that the Rajput and director Abhishek Kapoor have not had much luck at the box office. With the exception of ‘MS Dhoni – The Untold Story’, Rajput’s box office luck has been lukewarm. Similarly, Kapoor’s last batch of films ‘Fitoor’ and ‘Kai Po Che’ disappointed.

However, ‘Kedarnath’ may make some impact over the weekend and could do better than ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ and may touch similar business to ‘Dhadak’.
