Box Office: ‘Jersey’ release postponed due to rising COVID19 cases

The release of Shahid Kapoor’s next film ‘Jersey’ has been put back due to the rise of COVID19 cases in India.

The cricket based movie, which also stars Mrunal Thakur, was postponed just a few days before its theatrical release on 31st December 2021. The makers will announce a new date soon.

The news of the film’s delay comes in a few hours after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced stricter COVID19 rules being rolled out in the city.
