Box Office: Decent start for ‘Super 30’ in India

Latest release ‘Super 30’ featuring Hrithik Roshan has got off to a decent start at the ticket window in India, according to Box Office India.

The film garnered an opening of around 20-25%, which is expected to grow on positive word of mouth the film is carrying. However, some have questioned that the film’s business is low for a film, which stars a superstar like Roshan.

The film’s opening is better than Roshan’s last film ‘Kaabil’ but that was due to strong opposition from ‘Raees’ at that time. ‘Super 30’ may have been hit hard if India got through to the ICC Cricket World Cup final on Sunday, so luckily, in its favour, the film may get a clear run.
