Box Office: ‘Commando 2’ has quiet start

This weekend’s action thriller ‘Commando 2’ has had a slow start at the box office in India.

According to Box Office India, the Vidyut Jamwal movie had an opening of 15% at multiplexes and around 35% at single screens. The report adds that the opening of the film at multiplexes was similar to that of ‘Rangoon’ last week but that had lots more shows. If the film improves in evening and weekend collections, then ‘Commando 2’ can beat the business of ‘Commando’ (2013), which grossed around Rs. 3.50 crore nett.

Other Bollywood movies ‘Luv Shuv Pyar Vyar’ and ‘Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai’ both released dismally with near enough zero collections.
