Box Office: ‘Bala’ opens well in India

Ayushmann Khurrana’s latest release ‘Bala, based on premature balding, has made a decent start in India, according to Box Office India.

It is reported that the film has had an occupancy of around 25-30%, thought it was lower than Khurrana’s last release ‘Dreamgirl’. However, the latter did not have much of an opening outside multiplexes.

‘Bala’ has opened up extensively throughout India, so it may work in its favour. The film’s concept is expected to attract the multiplex audience, which could do better than ‘Dreamgirl’.
