Box Office: Amitabh Bachchan & Taapsee Pannu’s ‘Badla’ to release in March 2019

Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu’s upcoming film ‘Badla’ finally has a release date. Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, the revenge thriller film will release on 8th March 2019. Big B and Taapsee were last seen together in Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury’s National Award-winning film ‘Pink’ (2016). The actors recently wrapped up the shoot of ‘Badla’ in Scotland.

‘Badla’ marks the fourth collaboration between Amitabh Bachchan and Sujoy Ghosh. The 75-year-old actor had starred in Ghosh’s 2009 film, ‘Aladin’. He had also voiced the song “Ekla Cholo Re in Kahaani” (2012) and starred in ‘Te3n’ (2016), which was produced by Ghosh.

‘Badla’ is an official Hindi-language remake of the Spanish film, ‘The Invisible Guest’ and is being co-produced by Red Chillies Entertainment.
