Box Office: Aamir Khan’s ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ to release on Christmas 2020

The Hindi adaptation of Tom Hanks’ cult Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump’, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ featuring Aamir Khan, has been confirmed for a release on Christmas 2020.

It was announced in March that Khan would be featuring in the film, directed by Advait Chandan. In a statement, the makers announced the release date today, “Viacom18 Studios is happy to announce Christmas 2020 as the release date of Aamir Khan Productions’ Laal Singh Chaddha, starring Aamir Khan, directed by Advait Chandan and written by Atul Kulkarni.”

The film will be shot in North India, most likely in New Delhi and Himachal Pradesh.

‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is expected to clash with Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Krrish 4’ on Christmas 2020.
