The much awaited action thriller ‘2.0’ has got off to a huge start at the box office in India.
According to Box Office India, the film has garnered Rs. 64 crore nett approx all over India. Even though the number is impressive, it falls short of first day collections in India of ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’, which raked in a mind-boggling Rs. 123 crore nett approx.
‘2.0’ has done very well in North India and Central India, where dubbed films generally perform well. The business of the film in Bihar has also been exceptional, on par almost with the level of ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’, which released on Diwali.
The Hindi version of the film has opened up with around Rs. 20 crore nett business despite the film not performing to expectations at big multiplexes.
