Boney Kapoor sends legal notice to makers of ‘Sridevi Bungalow’

Boney Kapoor has sent a legal notice to the makers of ‘Sridevi Bungalow’, a film, which sees debutant Priya Prakash Varrier starring in.

The teaser of the film was unveiled yesterday, which was followed by negative feedback on social media. The public highly criticised the teaser, where they compared the film’s story to the late veteran actress.

The director of the film, Mambully confirmed he had received the legal notice. He told Cinestaan, “We received a legal notice from Mr Boney Kapoor last week. And we will face it. My film is a suspense thriller. I told him that Sridevi is a common name. My film’s character also happens to be an actress. We will face it.”
