‘Bombay Velvet’ won’t be seen at Cannes Film Festival 2015

Late last year, reports were doing the rounds that Anurag Kashyap’s forthcoming film ‘Bombay Velvet’ would be getting a grand premiere at the Cannes Film Festival 2015. However, it seems the report was untrue.

According to Pinkvilla, a source at Fox Star stated, “No, this report is false. If something like that happens we will let you know.”

The film sees Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma in lead roles with filmmaker Karan Johar making his official debut as villain.
