Bombay Talkies ‘Rashtraputra’ to be screened at Cannes 2019

After its release in November 2018, Bombay Talkies has confirmed that its film ‘Rashtraputra’ will be screened at the ongoing Cannes Film Festival.

The team is all geared up for the premiere of the ultimate cinematic creation by Aazaad. The director of the film, Aazaad carries a multi-talented personality who has taken the responsibility to show the true face of the forgotten past and polluted present. He is the alumni of Bhonsala Military School. He evolves as the writer, director and actor with his debut film based on the thoughts of greatest revolutionary Chandrashekhar Azad.

It is also noteworthy that the producer of the said film, Kamini Dube is among the most eminent female personalities of India, who stimulates the whole world through nationalism and wishes to nourish the root of human existence by evoking the eternal essence of ancient culture. Kamini Dube along with Bombay Talkies and filmmaker Aazaad has created the mega movie Rashtraputra (Son of India) for the patriotic generations across the globe.

The film will be screened at Cannes Riviera, Marche Du Film, on 21st May 2019.
