As audiences gear up for the release of the Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan starrer ‘Bol Bachchan’, the people of Gujarat are to��get a special early viewing of the film.
Friday 6th July marks the last day of the religious fast Jayaparvati��that many Gujarati women take part in. As they are required to stay awake until 6am on this day, according to Bollywood Hungama,��the film-makers have decided to release the film in Gujarat at 12am, in order to help the women with their Jagran (staying up all night).
“This is the 1st time that a movie is releasing one day prior especially for this occasion and it is an innovative way to celebrate it with a laugh riot like ‘Bol Bachchan’. In this way, it will also help the ladies of Gujarat to be awake till 6am and complete their fasting rites,” an insider reports. There will be two showings of the film, one from 12am-3am and the second from 3am-6am.
The Rohit Shetty film will release for the rest of the world the next day.
