Blue Sapphire Films to release Jimmy Sheirgill’s ‘Family of Thakurganj’ in UK

Blue Sapphire Films has announced the UK release of ‘Family of Thakurganj’ in the UK.

The Manoj K Jha directorial is based on a small town of Thukurganj in North India. It revolves around the confrontation of love and thoughts. Along with guaranteed entertainment and bridging to characters.

Nannu (Jimmy Shergill) is a gangster, who works for the patronage of Baba Bhandari (Saurabh Shukla). Corrupt police inspector Sajjan Singh (Yashpal Sharma) and contract killer Ballu Thapa (Raj Zutshi) are the other major players in the field. His fiery wife Sharbati (Mahie Gill) and doting mother (Supriya Pilgaonkar) support his lifestyle. Although his younger brother Munnu (Nandish Singh) who runs a coaching center never got along with Nannu’s lifestyle. How circumstances take turns and tolls, putting the brothers through several obstacles, testing their faith in their respective beliefs forms the crux of the film.
