The birthday boy left no stone unturned to make Salman Khan laugh his heart out when he came to ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ to promote his movie ‘Sultan’ with his co-star Anushka Sharma. Grover made an extra effort to perform on medley songs of ‘Sultan’ Khan. The funny thing was that every time the song was played, Grover was dressed up as the female co-star of Khan. And Khan rolled over the floor laughing his lungs out every time he saw Grover dressed up as his female co-stars.

In an episode featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Doctor Gulati was at his crazy best to entertain the crowd with his drunk act. From literally rolling on the floor to taking names of SRK movies with an alcoholic’s perpective; like Beer Zara instead of Veer Zara, he did it all. Sharma was no less, he also didn’t miss out on shooting his hilarious one liners.
When Doctor Mashoor Gulati and Rajesh Arora decided to roast each other
Apart from his regular sketch, Kapil Sharma plays the role of a stereo-typical uncle named Rajesh Arora in this episode.. When these two characters decided to act opposite each other, the comedy literally tickled your ribs! It went something like this:
Dr Gulati: Isko ek baar ladki waale dekhne aaye. Isne aisi harkat ki..ladki waalo ne kaha, tu baahar aa tere ko hum dekhte hain!
Rajesh Arora: Ye bakwaas kar raha hai. Maine iski badi madad ki hai. Iski shaadi mein iski saali ne churaae jootey, maine uski maa ke 12 petticoat aur 20 saaree chura li.
An episode where Dr Mashoor Gulati expressed his feelings for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
The episode where Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had graced the show to promote her movie ‘Sarbjit’ was an unforgettable one, all thanks to Grover for his rom-com act. One cannot easily forget the ways in which he tried to woo the beautiful actress, may it be by smearing cake on his face, showering rose petals on her from the terrace or eating a heart-shaped piece of watermelon. Not only Bachchan and Sharma, but the audience were also left roaring with laughter.
The day Sunil Grover decided to enact Siddhu Paaji:
In a segment where Sharma decided to play a ‘KBC’ version of their own with the Deol brothers; Bobby & Sunny. The expert panel included Kiku sharda as Santosh and Sunil Grover, who had taken the avatar of Navjot Singh Siddhu. With his impeccable performance and hilarious shayaris, this act turned out to be a memorable one as well.

Kapil and his incredible comic timing
Sharma debuted the character of his ‘Chacha Ji Rajesh Arora’ on his show on 28th August 2016. Rajesh Arora is a flirty cheapster and childhood friend of Dr. Mashoor Gulati. Rajesh Arora came to surprise his friend and roast everyone around. The character is often seeing quoting the signature phrase – “Bilkul Pasand Nahi Aaya Mujhe”. The character mocks and makes fun of everyone around which eventually pleases the audience with a great sense of comic timing.
