Not so long ago we told you about how one of the leading channels had intensified its grip on Bollywood by clinching the pre-release marketing rights for two of the big titles releasing in June, never mind that the distributors of one of the titles is not even advertising with the channel!

Instantly, a rival channel, which has also been pretty aggressive on the Bollywood beat, has clinched the music promotion rights exclusively of a forthcoming 2006 multi-starrer and is actively looking at getting to do one or two of the Diwali/Eid time Bollywood biggies in addition!
