Sanjay Dutt has worked in the film industry for over 20 years now and in this time he has managed to make many friends. Khan being one of his closest friends, this relationship can be seen in real life as well as reel life. There have been many difficult periods for both Dutt and Khan but it is their friendship that has always remained intact. Even in films they have been seen playing the role of best friends and even brothers because of how well they get on.

‘Saajan’ (1991) is one film that had both Aman (Dutt) and Akash (Khan) sacrifice their love for the sake of their friendship. It was a beautiful film that showed how much friendship meant to two friends.

Shah Rukh Khan

It’s been a rocky relationship but what is friendship if it isn’t put to the test. Kha’ns relationship with Shah Rukh Khan has been in the news many times over their fallouts as well as their patch ups. Both their fans and celebrities were waiting for the time the two Khans would be seen again as friends and after some prayers from the fans and a lot of persuasion from certain people both actors decided enough was enough and put the past behind them.

They’ve worked together in a few films but it was ‘Karan Arjun’ (1995) that audiences associate them the most with. Although they played the role of brothers in this film, in the first half of the film the two brothers are so close that they could even be classed as each other’s best friends.

There was one episode of ‘Bigg Boss’ where both Khans were seen together enacting their roles of both Karan and Arjun on the show which got all their fans excited and happy to see this reunion happen.

Akshay Kumar

Akshay Kumar and Khan haven’t worked together in many films but still there is one film that showed friendship like no other. ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’ (2004) had Kumar playing the role of Khan’s childhood friend Arun who has changed his name to Sunny. However Khan’s character is unaware of this and believes that Sunny is only out to ruin things for him.

In some past interviews Khan has been heard praising Kumar for his hard work and for the fact that his films do extremely well.

Aamir Khan

With Aamir Khan, Khan has been seen in ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ (1994) for the first time and what a jodi! In the film their friendship could be compared to a love hate situation but without each other they are incomplete. In reality both actors on numerous occasions have expressed how much they respect and admire one another. Just recently Khan was seen praising his colleague for his recent release ‘Dangal’.

Likewise, whenever the media questions Aamir regarding his friend’s life, be it his health or even marriage he is always seen supporting his friend with positive words.

Anil Kapoor

‘Biwi no. 1’ (1999), ‘No Entry’ (2005) and ‘Yuvvraaj’ (2008) are some of the films that Khan and Anil Kapoor have worked in together. Most of the films they have worked in they are playing the role of friends and usually it is in a comical situation. It is always a delight to see both Khan and Kapoor in one frame together as they get on so well.

‘Biwi No.1’ had many comical situations between the two actors such as when Prem (Khan) has been trying to avoid his friend Lakhan (Kapoor) but whatever he does Lakhan seems to appear from out of nowhere and unknowingly ruins all his plans.

Kapoor and his whole family have a good relationship with Khan and when his daughter Sonam Kapoor was making her debut into Bollywood her father was very much happy about her appearing opposite Khan.

BizAsiaLive.com wishes Salman Khan a happy 51st birthday and all the best for his future projects.
