Bipasha Basu’s Hollywood film ‘Singularity’ releases directly on DVD

Bipasha Basu’s much talked about crossover Hollywood film ‘Singularity’ has been released directly on DVD.

The film, which was re-titled as ‘The Lovers’ was not released at cinemas due to disastrous reviews. It has therefore been given a DVD-only release.

Bollywood Hungama quotes Times Out magazine review as “Forget that The Lovers doesn’t have the courtesy to be fun; no cosmic romance should be so deeply afraid to shoot for the stars. As one of the film’s many forgettable characters so eloquently puts it, “This stinks worse than an oyster’s fart.”

‘The Lovers’ also stars Abhay Deol and Hollywood actor, Josh Hartnet.
