Bipasha Basu signed for Vikram Phadnis directorial debut

It’s a well known fact that as our Bollywood beauties become more and more fashion concious, some of them take it upon themselves to helm their own designs. However, rarely is it noted that a fashion designer turns to film making as another career path, which is exactly what designer Vikram Phadnis is doing.

Known for his elaborate and block colour styles, the designer is set to make his directorial debut early next year. Apparently, being close to actress Bipasha Basu he has decided to take her on as the lead. NDTV��reported a source close to Basu stating, “Yes, it’s true Vikram has roped in Bipasha for his directorial debut. She will start shooting for the film from January 2015. The first schedule will be shot in Australia.”

Basu was recently reported having a few ��problems with current beau Harman Baweja where they have decided to take a break from their relationship. Reports stated that the actor has been caught being unfaithful to her, however both went onto record denying such allegations, and said they just need to figure a few things out.
