Biography of Shashi Kapoor to be released this month

Recent reports have revealed that veteran actor Shashi Kapoor has had a book written about his life and journey to stardom, and it is set to release early this month.

According to��NDTV, the book has been written by journalist��Aseem Chhabra who has named the book ‘Shashi Kapoor – The Householder, The Star’, in reference to the veteran actor’s 1963 international film ‘The Householder’.

The biography is said to include events that happened in the actor’s life, both personally and professionally much of which is not known to the public.

Being a member of Bollywood’s first family, and having started out as a part of his brother Raj’s (Kapoor) projects, Kapoor developed into a superstar with some of the industry’s most thought provoking and inspiring films.

The book is set for release on 6th May.
