‘Bindi’ to replace ‘Noyontara’ on Colors later this month

Colors is set to refresh its primetime line-up with the launch of its new fiction offering ‘Bindi’, which will replace ‘Noyontara’ later this month. The new series, starring Krushal Ahuja and Radhika Muthukumar, is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday 17th September 2025.

‘Noyontara’, which debuted earlier this year, failed to make a significant impact in the ratings and will now make way for ‘Bindi’, a drama that promises emotional depth and compelling storytelling.

‘Bindi’ centres around a young girl born inside a prison, whose innocent charm and radiant spirit bring light to the lives of the women around her. Despite the harsh environment, she becomes a source of hope and comfort. However, her life takes a heartbreaking turn when she is separated from her mother, Kajal, played by Radhika Muthukumar. The story follows Bindii’s journey as she navigates the outside world and confronts the very person responsible for her mother’s suffering.

Adapted from the Telugu series ‘Chinni’, ‘Bindi’ explores themes of maternal love, resilience, and justice. With a strong ensemble cast including Manav Gohil, Achint Kaur, and Sanchi Bhoyar, the show is expected to strike a chord with viewers and offer a fresh narrative direction for the channel.
