Big B to walk the red carpet with Leonardo DiCaprio

Bollywood legend, Amitabh Bachchan will be walking along with Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio at the gala premiere of Baz Luhrmann�۪s upcoming film ��The Great Gatsby�۪, which releases in May next year.

The film, which also stars Tobey Maguire has Big B in a small role of Meyer Wolfsheim, marking it as the actor�۪s first ever appearance in an Hollywood film.

According to sources, the actor has given his nod to attending the gala premiere which will most likely take place in Los Angeles and will see Leonardo and Toby Maquire walking the red carpet.

Speaking to a daily, a source said, ���Amitabh is very excited about this premiere. It is scheduled for May next year, a week before the film releases. He is planning to attend the big event. He is the kind of figure who is worshipped in the country but has a global presence.”

While shooting for the scene, Big B had written that it was a sheer delight to work with a genius like Luhrmann and a host of co-stars with such an astronomical presence in the world of cinema.
