Bhushan Kumar to produce two sequels with Luv Ranjan

Fans of Luv Ranjan’s films ‘De De Pyaar De’ (2019) and ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ (2018) can rejoice as producer Bhushan Kumar has announced that sequels for both movies are in the works.

“Yes, Luv Ranjan and I have a sequel in mind for ‘De De Pyaar De’.”, Kumar told Mumbai Mirror. The story will continue from where it left off, with Ashish (Ajay Devgn) being introduced to Ayesha’s (Rakul Preet Singh) family.

He also shared that, “We are definitely doing Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety 2, it’s a great franchise to take forward.”, adding that he is planning several South remakes as well, “We have shortlisted a few and once things get back on track, we will buy the rights.”

Currently, Kumar has ‘Bhuj: The Pride Of India’ and ‘Satyameva Jayate 2’ on hold.
