Bhatts & Bhushan Kumar sign Hrithik Roshan for ‘Aashiqui 3’?

The Bhatts and Bhushan Kumar collaborated for ‘Aashiqui 2’ (2013) and their combination saw an award-winning spree galore for the film. They are due to join hands again for the third instalment of the ‘Aashiqui’ franchise and, apparently, it will be Hrithik Roshan who stars in the film.

Roshan recently shot abroad for Kumar’s remix of Dheere dheere se��from 1990’s ‘Aashiqui’ with Sonam Kapoor, which is to be a tribute to Gulshan Kumar, his father. Now, it seems Kumar and Roshan decided to work together in a film and TOI have reported that it will be be for ‘Aashiqui 3’.

The Bhatts and Kumar were always looking for the ‘Aashiqui’ franchise to grow, especially after the success of ‘Aashiqui 2’. It seems their roads may well lead to Roshan who is definitely a cut above when it comes to on-screen presence.

Official confirmation is still to come but one can hope that these reports have truth in them.
