Bharti Singh & Harsh Limbachiyaa sent to judicial custody until 4th December

Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa have been sent to judicial custody until Friday 4th December, in a probe linked to the use of drugs in the Indian film industry.

Singh was arrested on Saturday after being questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). However, Limbachiyaa was only taken into custody on Sunday morning.

Reports say that the NCB had seized 86.5 grams of ganja from their Andheri West home and office.

An official from NCB said, “Both Singh and her husband accepted the consumption of ganja.”

Singh had allegedly said her husband procured ganja for them in a statement to the NCB. Meanwhile, Limbachiyaa admitted that he purchased ganja and kept a bag at his office and another at their home.
