BBC slammed for ISIS runaway bride Shamima Begum podcast
The BBC has been criticised for a podcast series with ISIS runaway bride, Shamima Begum.
The podcast called ‘I’m Not A Monster’ has been described as a “robust” investigation into Begum, according to the BBC. It further stated that the podcast would provide her “full account” of “what really happened” back in 2015 when she left to become a Jihadi bride.
The Sun has reported one critic accusing the BBC of “wasting” licence payers fee, while another branded her a “terrorist” after joining the terror group.
