BBC podcasts best of Asian programmes

A new BBC service which will combine all its Asian programming as one weekly podcast has launched.

The service called, Desi Download, will feature highlights of community Asian programming on BBC Local Radio available every Tuesday.

The show will be presented by actor Kulvinder Ghir.

The BBC has around 20 programmes across BBC Local Radio catering for British Asians – from BBC West Midlands to Lancashire, Stoke, Bristol, Derby and Leeds.
