BBC Asian Network’s Pakistan election coverage

BBC Asian Network will be reporting live with special programming from across Pakistan on the forthcoming National Elections (Monday 18th February).

News presenter Rozina Sini will be anchoring the station’s coverage from the Pakistani capital and BBC Asian Network’s news team will give a breakdown of the results explaining what the vote means for the people of Pakistan.

Phone in presenter Nihal will be opening up the phone lines to hear what British Pakistanis think about the election results. The station’s team in Pakistan will track the turnout and discover if people in Pakistan believe the elections to be fair and free.

Programming started this weekend and continues all day on Monday 18th February.
