BBC Asian Network take part in fun & games

It’s “game on” for the BBC Asian Network this week, as the station takes part in gaming-themed content.

BBC Asian Network DJs will immerse themselves in the world of gaming for ‘Get Your Game On’ week.

BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra will also be taking part in the fun and games.

Kuljinder Singh, Assistant Editor, Asian Network, says: “Like radio and music, games are something that unites audiences of all backgrounds. From novices to semi-pro players, there’ll be something for every level of gamer across the three stations.”

Asian Network DJs Kayper, Panjabi Hit Squad and Mic Check go head-to-head across the week playing Street Fighter, DJ Hero and Pro Evo on-air, and DJ Limelight is set to mix the best big gaming tunes on Saturday night.
