‘Badhaai Ho’ was a huge success last year and has continued to be recognised in various ways since its release. As such, rumour has it that the film could be getting a second instalment.
“The script has been locked, and the makers are close to locking the cast,” said a source, as reported by Filmfare.
The report goes on to state that the film will see Ayushmann Khurrana’s character Nakul discovering that his mother has fallen pregnant for the third time.
The film was an Amit Sharma directorial and also starred Sanya Malhotra, Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao.
