‘Baahubali 2’ could be delayed?

As any big budget project goes, there are bound be knock backs. However news has it that the sequel to the mega blockbuster ‘Baahubali’ (2015) could be delayed further than expected.

‘Baahubali 2’ was set to release in 2016, however the date was pushed back to 28th April 2017. According to DNA India, the film could be delayed again due to the technicalities of the film.

A source close to the project revealed, “A little bit of patchwork is left to be done. Then there’s the VFX. But hopefully it will be complete on time and the film will release as per its plan. So the fans need not worry.”

Thinking about the magnitude of special effects the first film had, a further delay for the new film may not be at all surprising. With a bigger story and advanced action sequences, it seems the filmmakers are doing all they can, to make this an amazing watch.
