Ayushmann Khurrana to star in ‘Ratsasan’ remake?

Vishnu Vishal’s Tamil psychological thriller ‘Ratsasan’ (2018) is being remade in Hindi, and the latest rumours suggest that Ayushmann Khurrana will be playing the lead role.

Vishal, confident about ‘Ratsasan’, had bought the Hindi remake rights from producer G. Dilli Babu before its release. Speaking about Khurrana’s casting, he said,”I have no idea if Ayushmann Khurrana is acting in the Hindi remake of ‘Ratsasan’, as I have sold the Hindi rights to another person one month back.  Hence, I am not aware of developments.”, Deccan Chronicle reported. The film has already been remade in Telugu as ‘Rakshasudu’ (2019).

Khurrana currently has ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ and ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ slated for 2020.
