Ayushmann Khurrana to play cop in Anubhav Sinha’s next?

Ayushmann Khurrana has become a true representation of innovative and fresh content. The actor has apparently signed Anubhav Sinha’s next, in which he’ll be seen playing a police officer, BizAsiaLive.com can reveal.

“A chunk of the film will be shot in Kanpur. Like other Ayushmann-starrers, this one too is high on content and on a socially-relevant topic. It is based on a true incident and Ayushmann will play a cop for the first time,” said a source, as reported by Mumbai Mirror.

Khurrana had mentioned not long ago that he was in talks with Sinha. The film is expected to roll in the middle of this year, in Uttar Pradesh.
