Ayushmann Khurrana reveals why he left ‘Udta Punjab’

Reports a few days ago were doing the rounds that as Kareena Kapoor Khan would be seen in Abhishek Chaubey’s ‘Udta Punjab’ with ex-beau Shahid Kapoor, Ayushmann Khurrana was told to leave the project. However, Khurrana has since clarified that this was not true.

Khurrana, according to Indian Express, divulged, “I didn�۪t do ��Udta Punjab�۪ because our dates were not matching. I had given prior commitments to my films ��1911�۪ and ��Hamara Bajaj�۪, and so the dates were clashing.��It was getting difficult for me to work in all the films together and this is the only reason that I didn�۪t do that project. Besides, I�۪m open to multi-starrer films”.

The actor is currently busy with promotions of his forthcoming film ‘Hawaizaada’ in which he stars opposite Pallavi Sharda.
