Award-winning TV presenter & producer Anila Chowdhry launches website

Anila Chowdhry, the award-winning Producer and Presenter who has worked for the world’s leading media companies including the BBC, ITV, The Telegraph, ITN and ZEE TV, has re-launched with a name change after marriage, with a brand new website out today (Monday 4th March) to mark the moment.

She decided to change her name from Anila Dhami to Anila Chowdhry after her marriage to Reece Chowdhry in January 2019. Reece Chowdhry is a Venture Capitalist, Founder and CEO of RLC Ventures.

Her re-launch has come at a poignant time; both the start of a new month and during the week of International Women’s Day. The website represents both new beginnings as well as a plethora of years of hard work to get to where she is today.

This year’s theme for International Women’s Day is ‘Balance for Better’, and Chowdhry has previously stood as a candidate for the Women’s Equality Party where she campaigned and produced policy on creating equal representation in the media so that screens represent the society in which we live. The UN Women tagline for this year’s IWD 2019 is ‘’think equal, build smart, innovate for change’’. Chowdhry champions equality and works to create fair representation for all in her content. She is always working to build content that reaches audiences far and wide in different ways including using new and emerging technology. And she continuously innovates for change by raising consciousness’s through engaging, thought-provoking and creative content.
