Awaaz Radio found in breach of Ofcom rules

High Wycombe community Asian radio station, Awaaz Radio has been found in breach of Ofcom’s rules and regulations.

Awaaz Radio has been put on notice for non-payment of its annual licence fees by the required payment date. It may face a financial penalty if the payment is not received by Ofcom.

Breaches of Licence Conditions 3(1) and (2) in Part 2 of the Schedule of the relevant licence.
