Awaaz FM & IBC Tamil in breach with Ofcom over late licence payments
Ofcom has found Awaaz FM and IBC Tamil in breach of regulations due to late or non-payment of their licence fees.
Although both broadcasters eventually made their payments, the delay led to a breach of Condition 3(2) of their respective licences, as confirmed by Ofcom.
