ATN Global announce new management
Following our exclusive news earlier this week about ATN Global’s new programme acquisitions from Sahara One India, the channel has now gone all out to announce its internal management changes.
Under a new management structure, headed by Mr. Vijay Soni, viewers will drastically see a change in the output of ATN Global’s broadcast. Euro Asia Television and Cable Network Limited, a sister company of VPS Communications, will manage the ?new look? ATN Global.

In still maintaining it?s commitment to catering to the needs for all South- Asian generations and culturally diverse backgrounds, the new management company, Euro Asia Ltd, has acquired and is in the process of introducing a vast range of fresh new programming, from Bollywood movies to award winning drama serials and entertainment software from MTV Asia.
Euro Asia Ltd is extremely proud to announce an exclusive deal a renowned Bollywood film company, which will enable the channel to broadcast blockbuster movies from their extensive library.
The acquisition of the highest calibre of drama serials will bring the likes of Karishma Kapoor, Sridevi, Hema Malini to name a few, to the small screen in their own series. Initially broadcast on the Sahara Network, one of the most successful television stations in India, the serials have already proved to be massive hits in their home country.
In addition to programming in Hindi, Urdu and English, the Euro Asia Ltd has also acquired a range of Tamil programming which will be broadcast from Monday 3rd October.
The recent launch of the comedy series ?Shubh Mangal Saavdhan?, produced by the famous actor and comedian, Paresh Rawal, ?MTV 123?, the latest top 20 Bollywood countdown show and ?The Big Picture?, also an MTV production that focuses on interviews the most high-profile Bollywood celebrities regarding their latest film releases, have already proved to be a big hit with the viewers.
Within the forthcoming weeks, viewers will able to watch the best of MTV Asia, which will not only include the latest Bollywood music videos and interviews with the stars, but also their critically acclaimed youth drama series ?Kya Mast Hai Zindagi?.
ATN Global?s unique programming, pioneered by Euro Asia Ltd, will ensure that the station will fulfil the requirements of all South-Asians living in the UK.
New programme details:
? Shubh Mangal Saavdhan will be broadcast on Sundays at 19:30, and repeated on Fridays at 17:30.
? MTV 123 will be broadcast at 20:00 on Wednesday, and repeated on Wednesdays at 23:00 & Sundays at 11:00.
? MTV The Big Picture will be broadcast at 20:00 on Mondays & repeated on Mondays at 23:00 & Saturdays at 10:00.
? The Tamil strand will be broadcast every weekday between 16:00 ? 17:00 & repeated every weekday from 01:00 ? 02:00.
