Slough’s Asian community station Asian Star Radio has suddenly been removed from the Sky Digital EPG.

The station, which broadcasts in Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead and parts of Heathrow on 101.6FM and online, was available on EPG 0213 since February.

Asian Star took over the EPG slot, which was once occupied by Polish station PRL 24.

Asian TV channel MATV National was also removed from the Sky platform earlier this week.

It is not known the reason behind the removals. BizAsia.co.uk contacted both parties at the time of filing this article but was still awaiting a reply.
