Asian Mela package in for price increase on Virgin

The Asian TV channels bundle on Virgin Media is set for a price hike in April.

From Monday 2nd April, the Asian Mela package, which consists of eleven Asian channels including Star Plus, ZEE TV, Colors, Sony Entertainment Television Asia and ARY Digital, will go up by �1.00 per month.

Asian Mela is currently available at an add-on price of �11 per month but in April, this will increase to �12 per month.

Last month, Virgin Media announced it was increasing the prices of all its packages including M+, L, XL with viewers having to fork out between 0.50 and �2.00 extra per month.
