Ashutosh Gowariker: ���Commercial success is very important�۝

While some filmmakers claim that commercial success is not as important as critical acclaim for them, Ashutosh Gowariker confesses that is not the case for him.�� Gowariker feels that commercial success is a sign of appreciation.

When asked how important commercial success is for him, the director said to DNA India, ���Very important! ��I feel that the main intention of making any movie should be to reach a maximum audience��_ At least, your co-producer or the person who is putting in the money gets his money back.�� On a creative level, for the entire team, the commercial success is very very important because you know you have slogged, you have worked on a movie for more than a year.�۝

Gowariker is currently working on his ambitious project, ��Mohenjo Daro�۪, starring Hrithik Roshan, Pooja Hegde and Kabir Bedi.�� Shooting for the period drama is expected to go on floors later this month and it is slated to release in the early days of 2016.
