Ashat Verma: “All of us have a Swagpur within us”

Fans will be pleased to know that the song ‘Swagpur Ka Chaudhary’ from Akshat Verma’s ‘Kaalakaandi’ is finally out, and it seems it’s going to get everyone’s head bopping to the tune.

Talking about the song, Times of India reports Verma’s saying, “All of us have a Swagpur within us and this song is about how we should be the Chaudharies of this personal space. This is not an aggressive song — it’s about how we should take ownership and be in control of our lives.”

The video includes the whole cast; Saif Ali Khan, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Isha Talwar, Akshay Oberoi, Shenaz Treasury, Deepak Dobriyal,  Shivam Patil, Amyra Dastur, Neil Bhoopalam, Sobhita Dhulipala and Vijay Raaz.

‘Kaalakaandi’ is set to hit the silver screens on 12th January
