The list, which is published annually, has Iqbal as one of the highest entrants. Iqbal joins the likes of Zaid Hamid (Brass Tacks), Aamir Liaquat Hussain (Geo TV) and Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman (Independent Media Corporation).
