Aryan Khan, who is currently required to attend the Narcotics Control Bureau every week, has reportedly moved the High Court to request a change to this bail condition.
His plea, as reported by E Times, seeks to change this condition because the case has been transferred to Special Investigation Team of Delhi NCB. The plea says that the requirement for him to go to the Mumbai office could be changed.
It’s thought that Khan’s plea could be heard next week by the high court, as his team are hoping.
