Aryan Khan has been granted bail, after spending more than three weeks in jail.
Khan, the son of superstar, Shah Rukh Khan, has been in custody since early October after a drugs raid on a cruise ship party by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). The same was with Arbaaz Merchant, who was the friend that invited Khan on to the cruise ship, and model Munmun Dhamecha who was also in custody. All three have been granted bail by the Bombay High Court.
Senior counsel Mukul Rohatgi was heard saying “All three applications are allowed”, as reported by E Times.
His lawyers denied Khan was in possession of any drugs.
