ARY Family commences video tests ahead of UK launch

Urdu entertainment channel, ARY Family has commenced full video testing ahead of its launch on Tuesday.

The channel, which will mark the return of entertainment output from ARY Pakistan, will be available free-to-air on Sky channel 863.

Initially, the channel will broadcast the inaugural T10 cricket tournament between 14th – 17th December, after which the channel will roll out its regular programming from Monday 18th December.

ARY Family’s sales and marketing will be handled exclusively by World Media Connect, who are also exclusively managing UK’s most watched Punjabi Channel PTC Punjabi. The channel will officially begin BARB reporting from first week of January 2018.

-> Using your Sky Digi remote, go to Services Menu
-> Select System Setup
-> Select Add Channels
-> Enter frequency: 11.427 (V), FEC: 5/6, SR: 27500 / DVB-S / QPSK
-> Find Channels and Press SELECT
-> Highlight “52535″ service and press Yellow button
-> Return to Services Menu
-> Other Channels (6) on STB / (8) on Sky+
-> Click on “52535” to view the channel
