ARY Digital to telecast UK AMA’s

ARY Digital has been confirmed as the official telecast partner for the upcoming UK Asian Music Awards taking place next week.

Guests attending this year�۪s annual ceremony will be treated to live performances from Aman Hayer, Raghav, Swami and Shahin Badar. Composer, Niraj Chag will open the show by performing tracks from his critically acclaimed album ‘Along The Dusty Road’.

The glittering award ceremony promises to be even bigger and better than previous years and will be hosted by Children�۪s BBC presenter, Mohini Sule and Comedian, Paul Chowdhry.

ARY Digital will broadcast the event on Saturday 30th December. Salman Iqbal, President & CEO ARY Digital Network said: “We are excited to be associated with the ‘UK AMA’. It has indeed become a brand that is recognised internationally, and we look forward to making it even a greater success in the future.”

Other media partners include Eastern Eye, Club Asia, Asiana, Awaz FM and Movie Magazine. Western Union and The Army will also support this year�۪s ceremony.

The ‘UK AMAs’ take place on Wednesday 6th December 2006 at London�۪s Hammersmith Palais.
